Farmers Market field trips can be fun for the entire family. Not only do you get to support your local farmers but it also gives kids a chance to gain a better understanding of where the majority of the food we eat should be coming from.

I am eager to help children have a better relationship with food so if your family is hungry for a change, I look forward to hearing from you!

  • Does your child have a hard time focusing at school?
  • Does your child complain about skin irritations like bumps, itchiness, acne or redness?
  • Does your child often have tummy aches, constipation, excessive gas or burping?
  • Does your child have outbursts of unreasonable anger?

Our bodies give us clues about whether it likes what we put in it or not. The possibility that a healthier diet could make a noticeable difference for children with behavioral, attention or health problems makes it worth trying. Changing what your child eats doesn’t always eliminate all symptoms but in my experience I’ve seen it make drastic positive change.

  • Is mealtime stressful at your house?
  • Think you’ve tried everything and your kids still won’t eat any colorful food?
  • Are you a foodie but don’t know how to share that love with your children?
  • Did a doctor tell you your child is obese and you need to make a change?

Learning to nourish our bodies so we can be our best selves takes time and energy. I have simplified the education so kids can understand it and parents can execute it. Eating is one of the only things in life that we must do daily for survival – instead of hurrying through it, why not make it fun?

Whatever brought you to inquire about this today, I’m happy you are here! Everyone is welcome at Helping Kids Love Food!
